Hello,
We are working to increase the efficiency of updating the plugins on our various websites. As part of this, we are loading our update files into a Linux server.

Currently, we're having to download the plugin updates from your site, and then upload them to the server. Is there any way we could download them directly to the Linux server?

Thank you for your help,

Hello,

You can follow our document to install/download Toolset plugins automatically:
1) Install the latest version of Toolset Types plugin manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) Follow below document to install other Toolset plugins automatically:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed
section "Automatic Installation (once you have Types plugin installed)"

I'm sorry, but this does not answer my question.

We are not able to update the plugins normally because the update process times out on our hosting server due to the plugins' size. This is why we're trying to find alternate ways to efficiently update the plugins.

The process we are currently trying is to update the plugins via SSH through a Linux server. However, your documented process requires us to manually download the plugin update file from your site and then upload it to our Linux server. Do you offer a way for us to be able to pull the update file from a server on your side into our Linux server where we can then use it to update our sites? If we could find a way to do this, it would help us in automating our update process.

Thank you for your help,

The only official way to update Toolset plugins automatically is in the document I mentioned above:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed
section "Automatic Installation (once you have Types plugin installed)"

You don't need to download/upload all Toolset plugins, just need to install one plugin manually: Toolset Types, then you will be able to install/upgrade other Toolset plugins automatically.

I suggest you try to fix the problem first: "update process times out on our hosting server due to the plugins' size".

If you need more assistance for it, please provide the PHP debug logs, what error do you get when you update Toolset plugins?
