Hi (Jamal?),
I have found another bug (?) and a workaround.
After migrating to Toolset Blocks, the new content templates are built with Blocks. For several reasons I avoid using Divi in these templates, but the content the custom post types has been built in Divi for a long period of time. We have a couple of hundred in Divi. On page everything works fine.
However it is not possible to edit the content in the custom post types anymore when built in Divi. The builder crashes and when switching to the front end builder the shown page is the uneditable on page content.
FYI; this works fine in the legacy Toolset Views
Solution: however it took me several hours it is pretty simple .......disable the content template, update, edit, enable the content template. fixed.
What I don't know yet is if, but I expect it will, we are able to reproduce it in a clean site.

I hope this will help you,

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
First of all - After checking to debug the information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
Do you see the same issue with Toolset Blocks version 1.5.2?
Hi Minesh,
Thanks for your reply. I understand your question concerning the outdated plugins ....but I have rolled back after the update and recognising the issue.
So the answer is; yes because the dev site is up to date whit the same issue. I forgot to mention that I have checked both the option classic/block in the post type options.
Can you please share Dev site access details and with what post/page I should test with as I would like to review few settings.
In addition to that, have you run a normal compatibility test?
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? - Do you see any difference?
- If no:

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
When I try to access the wp-admin, it shows me the following message:
Your access to this site has been limited by the site owner
Can you please grant me full rights so that I can login to admin and check whats going wrong with your setup.
I am sorry, my mistake I forgot to change the rights to admin. I have changed it.
I'm not sure - still when I try to access it, it shows me the same message:
Your access to this service has been limited. (HTTP response code 503) If you think you have been blocked in error, contact the owner of this site for assistance.
is the permission you share is time bound? If yes, can you please share unrestricted access.
I think it is the firewall, I have removed the country block completely. Please try again
We do not recommond to build your post/pages when divi theme option "Enable The Latest Divi Builder Experience" is active. So I've disabled that and also enabled the "Enable Classic Editor" at:
=> Divi => Theme Options => Builder tab => Advanced tab
I can see now on post edit screen divi builder is loaded successfully and you should be able to save the post:
=> hidden link
Can you please confirm it works at your end.
Hi Minesh,
Thx for your suggestion but this is like going back in time for several years, sorry but no option at all. The classic builder is really outdated and it is difficult to manage mobile design.
For this site more than 100 post types has been built with Divi so we have to deal with it.
The solution of disabling the content template to "none" is by far the best work around to get best of both.
I hope it is on your list to fix this or is your advice to open a ticket with Elegant themes?
I got the news that it seems to result from an update by Divi—as we tested with older version of Toolset Blocks since last six months and we see the same results, so that shows that we didnt changed anything but divi should have been updated.
We will report this issue to our compatibility team and it will take time to resolve as it totally depends on how divi compatibility ream responds to us. Due to such recurring issues with updates of page builders, this is the reason which switched our attention from page builders to Gutenberg.
The only workaround for the time being would be to downgrade to an earlier version of Divi which works for you.
Hi Minesh,
Thanks for the update.
Just a remark for possible other users with this issue. Toolset is a plug-in, so a theme is mandatory. Divi is one of the most used themes at the moment I would say. For flexible design the WP block builder not enough.
Downgrading to an earlier version is in my opinion no option, it is like going back to the stone age.
The best work around is disabling the content template to "none"> update> the Divi builders works fine and after building activate the content template again. Now we have best of both.
I understand what you are saying but this is not on us.
