I'm trying to display a different value for a field from the one which appears in the form.
-> I explain myself a little deeper, to let you understand.
I have one form with a "Select field" inside which user can choose one of lots of options (30 more or less).
So I need to order those options like this
1. Performers
1.1. Actor
1.2 Actress
2. Technicians
(etc...)
BUT after a user select the option I need to display it without the numbers, I mean
- Actor
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?
Well, actually I saw when I use "Checkboxes", it gives me the option to select what I want to display, but this not happens with the "Select field". I would like to do the same.
