display issue when url has parameters

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hello, we're running into an issue in combination with FacetWP.

In pages where we have a combination of a Toolset view and post display with FacetWP, when we click to show more results, click through to a post, then go back (regular browser back button), then the display is all jumbled up.

We've noticed this on other pages as well where we have a combination of Toolset and FacetWP.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

I can see the issue on your website's "Insights" page, but couldn't reproduce this with a similar view and a FacetWP template on my own test website. This suggests that this is something specific to your website.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme and all plugins are updated to the latest versions.

2. Next, you can make a complete backup copy of the website and then temporarily disable all plugins other than Toolset and FacetWP and switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.

If the issue is fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one-by-one to narrow down to a possible conflict.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need a clone/snapshot of your website so that this can be investigated in more depth.
