Hi Jeroen,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

There is no built-in option available to disable the custom taxonomy archive, so it will require some third-party plugin or custom code.

Have you considered adding a redirect rule to move visitors to a different page, in the case of a custom taxonomy archive?
