Deprecated: Function _register_controls is deprecated since version 3.1.0!

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: add a view on elementor but I get an error that says Deprecated: Function _register_controls is deprecated since version 3.1.0! Use Elementor\Controls_Stack::register_controls() instead. in /home/wp_t5e5kq/thevaultvirtualreality.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5379 on the front end

We are expected to see the toolset (vr escape room view) without the deprecated error message
Instead, I got: a deprecated issue

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

This deprecation notice is already reported and it doesn't affect any functionality.

A fix for this is expected to be covered in the future release of the Toolset Blocks/Views plugin. In the meantime a patch can be used, as explained here:
