[Resolved] Custom size featured image does not work, only standard sizes

This support ticket is created 5 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I've just run into further issues where inserting a featured image field with a custom size (as a shortcode) doesn't appear to work, but selecting a pre-defined size seems to be OK.

I assume we are talking about shortcode [wpv-post-featured-image]:

If it is, this shortcode does support customized size, see the example codes in above document:
[wpv-post-featured-image size='custom' width='300' height='200']

If the problem still persists, please check these:
1) You are using the latest version of Toolset plugins
2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again
