Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want to create an Elementor template an associate it with a certain custom post type created with Toolset. But the custom type is not available in the Elementor menu (see screenshot).
Is there any documentation that you are following?
I found online, that show_in_nav_menus has to be checked, but it does not help. I also checked the new post types in Elementor settings. So theoretically it should work.
Is there a similar example that we can see?
It is in the backend. See screenshots
What is the link to your site?

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
During testing on my website, I couldn't reproduce this and the custom post types created using the Toolset Types were available in Elementor's theme builder condition drop-down.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, so that I can see how this post type is set up?
Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.
regards,
Waqar
Thank you for sharing the admin access.
I can see the website's front-end, but the admin access seems to be protected by Sucuri Website Firewall.
Would it be possible for you to temporarily disable the IP restriction or perhaps share a clone/snapshot of the website?

I've set your next reply as private again.
I have removed the restriction in Sucuri (forgot about that). Please try again.
I can access the admin area now, thank you.
I created a test Elementor template "test page template from Toolset support" and noticed that the "Adventures" post type is available in the theme builder's condition builder.

Can you please check that again and in case the issue still persists, the exact steps or a small video showing how and where the post type is missing, would help.
Thank you very much, but this is different.
I want to change the conditions in the theme builder for a Single Post template, so that any changes in the template will be applied automatically to every post. I do not want to edit the post content with Elementor, but only apply a template with a Post Content widget and other widgets (which are the same for every post and make use of toolset custom fields to be dynamic) on the page around the content. This structure should be the same for every post of a post type. The content itself will be edited with Gutenberg. This works perfectly with the standard post type.
Can you please try to "Edit Conditions" for my Single Post template "Adventure Posts". I do not even see your test template in the theme builder. I only see the "Global Parts", not the "Saved Templates" when I am in the theme builder.
I made a video now: hidden link
Thank you for sharing this.
Your video shows the issue, but not exactly how to reach it.
Can you please check this video from my screen, based on my understanding of how to reach the conditional editing?

After that, you can let me know what I'm missing or doing differently.
Another test can be to it using the admin account that you've shared with me, to see if you notice anything different.
What you are doing in the video is the same as I was trying to do.
Also it suddenly works for me too now. The only thing I did was create my first Adventure post. So maybe the reason it did not work before was that I had not any post of any of the new custom post types. If not I don't know what made it work, if it was not you. But there also was an update of the Toolset plugins...
The issue can be closed now. Thank you very much for your support.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
