Hi there,

Toolset Form didn't seem to retrieve all the custom fields from the existing custom post type "Family" for me to build a complete front-end form. What did I do wrong?

Is there any documentation that you are following? I watched your videos online.

Is there a similar example that we can see? Please see screenshot attached.

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Thanks for your help,

Lu

Hi Lu,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how these custom fields and the form are set up in the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the names of some of the missing custom fields?

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the access details.

By default, Toolset Forms only cover the fields, that are added through the Toolset Types plugin.

The fields that you're referring to are not added through the Toolset, but were added by the third-party plugin 'LSVR Framework'.

To use the third-party custom fields with the Forms, you'll first set them to be managed by Toolset from the "Post Field Control" section.
( there is a button at the bottom of the custom fields groups management screen at WP Admin -> Toolset -> Custom Fields )

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

I added the custom fields but the form still gave me the short list I sent to you earlier.
How do I request a refund? I will have to dig deeper into this in the future when I can find more time for this.

Thanks,

Lu

Sorry to learn that not all the third-party custom fields worked with the Forms.

You're welcome to share temporary admin access details again, whenever you'd like us to look into this deeper.

For the refund request, you can use the form at the following link, within 30 days of your purchase date:
