Dear tomas,

Our 2rd tier supporters just give me a hint on this ticket:
To debug this problem, we need a duplicate backup of your website.
Please follow our document to make a copy of your website:
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/
and fill below private detail box with a downloadable URL of the backup file.
Thanks

As I mentioned above, we need a backup file by duplicator plugin, see document:
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/
And you can provide a downloadable URL for it.

Thanks for the details, I escalated this thread to our 2rd supporters, will update this thread if there is any news.

Hello @tomasr-2

This is Beda, I am trying to deploy your Install but there are issues.

It seems you did enable compatiblity mode or similar when creating the package, it won't connect to my mySQL.

Can I login to your site and try to get a new package directly?

I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

Please apologize the delay, usually Duplicator works fine.
Maybe you have some server settings that make it difficult for the plugin to get all data.

Let me try this on your install directly?

#434013

OK, you use Upper case in your Database tables and they are quite Big as well.
It's not forbidden to use UpperCase but not suggested neither.

May I ask why it is used?

Duplicator will probably not work here.

I am dumping as speaking and try to replicate this Sunday (as my shift is over for this week)

I will try to spot this issue as fast as possible

Meanwhile can you try something?
Please head to Settings > Permalinks and re-save the permalinks to something like "postname"

Does that solve the issue? It did for me in another case.

#434015

Permalinks are re-saved but nothing changed. About uppercases in table? I have no idea why they are there.

#434025

Nevermind, was just wondering.

So, I managed to get all data I need and we will be on this.

For now I can not provide a solution but I can say it is a edge case, it's not reproducible on fresh installs and also I have only one other user with this problem.

It works generally fine, so it must be a specific setting.

We are on it and Luo will take over again from here the communication

#434027

Thanks for now - I understand - please let me know as soon as you know what is the issue or solution.

#434961

We were able to solve it like this:
1. Go to Post Types tab in Access and open the native posts section
2. Check managed by Access and save
3. Uncheck managed by Access and save
4. Go to Cred tab and try to save your settings again.

This worked also on your Duplicator package.

Can you confirm it solves the problem?

#434965

Great! It works!
thank you
