I am trying to:Submit User Form
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link
I expected to see:
Successful Registration
Instead, I got:
The page reloads with this url and nothing happens: hidden link
This was working a couple of months ago and now it does not.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, and test again
2) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

There is an error when I install the duplicator package file:

Managed system: It appears the installer is being executed on "WP Engine". Managed hosting is not presently supported in Duplicator Lite.

So it is not valid to install and debug

Please follow Duplicator document to provide the database only package, and update here again:

I can install the package file in my localhost, see my video capture:

After fill and submit the register form, it does create new user.

So it should be a server/compatibility issue, please try as my first answer get the PHP debug logs from your website:
