CRED Commerce sending users to empty cart instead of checkout

I have tried it in your website few times, the form works fine, I can see the product in checkout page. see the captured video:

Thanks. We still need to run some final tests, but do think moving to this new server has fixed the issue. We'll let you know when we know for sure - thanks for your help.
