Tell us what you are trying to do?
I just bought your solution and at the moment I'm learning how to use it. I'm following your courses and I've encountered problem when trying to create a custom search box.
When trying to add a custom search filter for a taxonomy (I only have one taxonomy), an empty white box appear as seen in the attached picture. Apparently it is loading but it just keeps frozen. On the other hand, adding a field group works perfectly. Evidently, I can't modify its style as it doesn't load.
I'd like to add that out of the many shots I have tried to fix the issue, it has loaded up once or probably twice. Coming back to the page to continue editing, for example, the same issue appears again.
Here is some extra information :
I'm using NEVE theme and I have no other plugins besides the plugin required for the NEVE and a cache cleaner ( used to try to fix the problem). I have Toolset required plugging as well.
In order to try to fix the problem I have cleaned the browser cache, tested in another browser and logged out and in several times.
I have

Hi,
Welcome to Toolset support and I'd be happy to assist.
Do you see any errors/warnings in the browser's console, when the taxonomy filter is not loading?
To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:
1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.
2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.
If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one-by-one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.
3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need to see how this view is set up in the admin area.
Let me know how it goes and I've set your next reply as private so that you can share temporary admin login details.
Note: We recommend making a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.
regards,
Waqar
Thank you for sharing these details.
I've performed several tests on my website with a similar view, search fields, and settings but couldn't reproduce this, which suggests something specific to your website is involved.
While editing the "Find a property" page on your website, I do see several errors in the browser's console with the error code "418". This error is not very common, however, I did found an article online that suggests this error can appear on the DreamHost server, if ‘Extra Web Security?’ option in the DreamHost control panel is checked:
hidden link
As your website also seems to be hosted at DreamHost, I'll recommend to look for that option and disable it or get in touch with the hosting support team to troubleshoot these "418" errors.
I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
