Creating a voew is not within the toolset blocks.

i have already set this up but now getting an error message see image uploaded. site has downgraded to 8.0php

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

We've released some Toolset plugin updates for compatibility with with latest WordPress 6.4.
( if the updates don't show up, please go to WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New Plugin -> Commercial and use the 'Check for updates' )

Please update all Toolset plugins to the latest releases and this error should be fixed.

In case the issue persists, let us know.

Thanks for writing back and that is odd. I'm not able to reproduce this error on my test website.

To troubleshoot this further, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme and all plugins are updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one-by-one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need to see this content template is set up in the admin area. You're welcome to share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message.
