Im trying to create a view to output a repeating field in a content template following the example here
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-and-displaying-repeatable-field-groups/

in step 3 under Displaying Repeatable Field Groups there is screen capture that shows available post types and also a selector for repeatable field groups.

However when i get to that place my repeatable field doesn't appear. (see screenshot)

What am i missing

Hello there,

Repeating Field type and Repeatable Field Group are different entities, The first one is a specific field inside a field group, the later is a separate Field group treated a repeatable content.

The View block can only display the Repeatable Field groups as described here https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-and-displaying-repeatable-field-groups/ .

Since you have mentioned to display Repeating fields you should be using "Repeating Field" blocks inside the content template.

I hope this helps better, Let me know if you still need further clarification.

Kind regards
Raja
