Hello Toolset Support,

We bought a Toolset interactive kit yesterday and I am just getting familiar with it, but no success by far. We use divi builder in our wordpress site (version 5.4.1) and i red that i cant use toolset simultaneously with our version of Divid builder. We are satisfied with this builder and dont want to change it.
We would like to create a single page (implementation partners) using custom filters. This cannot be achieve using Divi thats why we bought your plugin.
Here comes my question: Is it possible to build one single page using solely a toolset as a page buildert? Can I make a custom design on it with a toolset? Could you please short instruction how I can create new page with toolset?
Thanks in advance

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Here is the official Doc about how you can use the Divi with Toolset:

Do you mean you want to build a single page and assign the content template you build using Toolset? If yes:
- Yes, its possible. You should simply create content template and edit your page and with the content template section set the content template you created to display with your single page.

To create new Content Template, you should navigate to:
=> Toolset => Content Template => Add New => Do not assign the content template to any post type, design your content emplate and save it
=> Add a new page
=> With this new page, set the content template you created.

Can you please try and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately it is not working with new version of Divi, therefore we had to go for a refund.

Hi there

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with Toolset, you can find the refund request link under your account page at https://toolset.com/account/

Looking at the reply above I'm not sure Minesh understood your question correctly.

Because there can be incompatibilities when mixing Divi and Toolset on the same page we recommend you don't do that, and that is exactly what you are asking.

You can design most of your content with Divi, and just the custom filter page using the Gutenberg block editor and Toolset.

In which case when you add such a page you opt not to use the Divi editor (choose "Use default editor"), and then you can design the page using Blocks.

If you want to have another try, add a custom filter View with blocks is described here and on the following page: https://toolset.com/documentation/getting-started-with-toolset/create-and-display-custom-lists-of-content/

If you find a specific problem in this scenario related to Divi compatibility it would be helpful if you could share the details so that we can look into it further.

Thanks for trying Toolset.
