Create Content Template using views for CPT

The content template is not overriding the whole post... the Title and Post meta are still at the top... is this correct?

Shouldn't it remove all the info so I can add my title?

Hi Tye,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Actually our Content templates do not remove this 🙁 , some themes have the title and meta information hardcoded into the php template file itself.

You will need to go into the template file and then remove this snippet of code.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

Hey Shane - I'm using the Genesis Framework.... is this one of the problem themes?

Hi Tye,

No actually it is not a problem.

Some themes by default have the titles hardcoded.

If you allow me to have admin access to the website I could have a look at this for you.

The private fields will be enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane
