I am trying to: use the Convert Pro plugin (from Brainstorm Force) to display banners/alerts on the site. This worked a few months ago, but today these banners won't display on the website.
Inside the Convert Pro editor, I now get an error that displays - "Failed to initialize plugin: wpv_add_views_conditional_button" in a red background box, with a close icon. If I close the alert I can continue to use Convert Pro's editor - but I cannot get anything to display on the frontend.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: I'd need to give you a login to the site. I'm including a screencap.
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
It looks like there is another third-party plugin involved in this conflict.
( I suspect it could be 'Advanced Editor Tools' )
Have you checked the server's error log for any other detailed errors or warnings?
( ref: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ )
It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled (except for Convert Pro) and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.
If the banner display is fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.
In case the issue persists, I'll need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website to troubleshoot this on a different server.
I hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
regards,
Waqar
