Hello.
In the wordpress admin, when I go to edit my custom post type template ... nothing happens ... the template never loads, just get a spinning cursor as it waits.
Would this be a messed up database content issue? how can I resolve this problem?
thx
G
Hello,
The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

Hi there.
So it looks like something bad happened. Not sure what, but it completely corrupted my content template to the point that it would throw a critical system error when you tried editing it.
Luckily I had a backup ... so I managed to replace the offending template with a new (old) version of it from earlier in the day. Took me all day to figure it out, but things are moving smoothly again.
Regadless,
thank you
Gordon
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
