[Resolved] Content of forms disappeared after latest update

This support ticket is created 5 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I guess this is the same problem as in this thread:

But the tips so far have not worked for me. I deleted the cache, used another browser that i never used etc. no show.

The "Expert Mode" shows the generic code, not the actual form that is still shown in the frontend.

That's some kind of an Expert Mode... 🙂

Hi, can I log in and see how this is set up? Show me how to find the Form on the front-end of the site, and I will take a closer look.

Sorry for my late reply! I had to make a copy of the website for staging first. The problem was still there until yesterday, but today it was gone, on the live page as well as the staging page. yeah, it's some kind of caching issue.
