This ticket has been open almost a month. I paid Toolset to create the setup and it seems like someone there should be able to help with it. I keep suggesting that we get Ana Couto involved since she's the one who set it up originally and has worked on it several times since then.
I've got an update from our team and it seems that Ana has emailed you with a solution for the issue.
