I have set to content boxed.
See link below to see that the çontent boxed'layout is not applied, as it is for rest of site.
hidden link
Thanks
Jimmy
Hello,
What kind of "çontent boxed'layout" do you want?
I have checked the URL you mentioned above:
hidden link
And compare it with another page:
hidden link
But can not make sure which one is the "çontent boxed'layout", please elaborate the questions with more details, thanks
I am not sure how to reply. Please see different layout settings available for posts and pages - like wide, full width, boxed, etc. All the other pages have 'boxed content' as layout option. This is selected for the custom post type 'plant-profile' but it is not displaying as boxed.
I can see width difference between above two pages, it seems to be a custom HTML/css issue, please check the HTML source codes of below URL:
view-source:hidden link
line 236~246:
...
<article
class="post-445 page type-page status-publish ast-article-single" id="post-445" itemtype="<em><u>hidden link</u></em>" itemscope="itemscope">
...
<div class="entry-content clear"
itemprop="text" >
...
See screenshot article.JPG
Above HTML tags are missing in problem page:
hidden link
So it conducts the problem, you might consider to setup those HTML/CSS codes manually.
I have checked again the debug information you provided, you are using Astra theme + Toolset blocks plugin, I assume we are talking about the Astra theme setting "Content Layout"-> "Boxed".
I have tried it with a fresh WordPress installation + Astra theme + Toolset blocks plugin, by below steps:
1) Create a content template for single post of custom post type
Astra theme setting "Content Layout"-> "Boxed"
2) Create a new post of custom post type, assgined with above content template, it works fine, I can see it display same as normal post with setting "Boxed"
I suggest you check these:
1) Deactivate all other plugins switch to orginal Astra theme, and test again.
2) If the problem is fixed, try to locate the problem plugin/theme, by activate other plugins/theme one by one.
I have deactivated all plugins with resolving the issue.
Nevertheless, Yes the custom post displays correctly, but not the archive page for the custom post.
It is the archive page that is the problem.
In your test please choose for custom post type to have an archive - for us that is the following URL
hidden link
You can edit this archive page by selecting 'design with toolset' from top menuu. There you can find Astra settings on right sidebar and select content layout 'content boxed'.
Then compare the archive page layout on front end to all the other pages.
Thanks
Jimmy
Please check these:
Open the URL you mentioned above:
hidden link
click link "Customize"-> Blog-> Blog / Archive, option "Content Width" chose "Default", save and test again.
It seems that Astra theme setting will overide other plugins(Toolset) settings.
OK I did as you asked. No difference I am afraid. Does it help if i give you access to the site?
Please provide a copy of your website in below private message box, you can put the package file in your own google drive disk, and share the link only, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

The support team DID NOT HELP me find a fix to the problem
There is a misunderstanding, the problem is a compatibility issue between Toolset Blocks plugin and Astra theme, Astra thme is not our product, according to our workflow, I need to duplicate the same problem in my localhost, you can provide detail steps to duplicate the same problem or provide a copy of your website, it is not safe to debug the problem in a live production website.
And I can login your website, I have tried these in your website:
1) Edit the WordPress Archive:
hidden link
in section "Astra Settings", switch option "Content Layout" to something else, for example "Full Width / Stretched"
hidden link
I can see it works fine, so the option "Content Layout" does work in your website. See screenshot full-width.JPG
Can you confirm it?
2) Campare to the other pages?
The WordPress Archive page layout is different from single page layout, I suggest you try to compare with other WordPress Archive layout, for example:
hidden link
You should be able to see it is displaying in same width as hidden link
