I'm getting the console error : "Uncaught ReferenceError: toolsetCommonEs is not defined at (index):1:154"

The site can be viewed at : hidden link

It doesn't seem to be causing any problems, but I'd like to have it free of errors. Any idea what is causing it? Is it a setting? I have tried disabling other plugins.

UPDATE - I'm going to install Autoptimize on the live site, which I know might be a problem with troubleshooting.

So please review THIS version of the site (otherwise identical) : hidden link

Thanks,
Bob

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

During my initial testing, I couldn't reproduce this error on my test website.

To troubleshoot this further, I'll suggest the following steps for the test website:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need to see how different Toolset elements are set up in the admin area. You can share temporary admin login details of this test website, in reply to this message.

I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

Your website is using an older (5.9.3) version of WordPress and there are a few plugin updates available as well. The Toolset plugins are also not up-to-date and you're not seeing the update notification probably because the website is not using the correct Toolset site key.
( on a staging website like this, you can manually update the plugins by downloading them from https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ )

In case you still see the error after all these items are updated, I'll need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website, for a more in-depth investigation on a different server.
