When the pages load slowly, do you see any error/warning on the screen, in the browser's console, or in the server's error log?
If not, I'll recommend temporarily turning on WordPress debugging and see if any errors or warnings are recorded in the error log.

During troubleshooting, I noticed multiple '403 - not found errors' in the browser's console related to the ads that are trying to load, but are not found.
Can you temporarily deactivate all the ads-related plugins and then try loading these pages to see the loading times? If the slow loading is fixed, you can consult the official support of those ad plugins to fix these missing ad errors, which are slowing down the website.

Lorsque je désactive les plugins de publicité il n'y a aucun changement. Par contre quand je désactive le plugin DynamicConditions je n'ai plus de problème.
Le plugin DynamicConditions utilise des conditions et je pense qu'il rentre en conflit avec Toolset. Sur les pages lentes j'utilise Toolset View avec des conditions d'affichage, et pour moi c'est ça qui ralentis mes pages. Mais ce que je trouve bizarre c'est que je n'utilise pas les fonctions de DynamicConditions sur les pages lentes.
Je vais essayer de contacter DynamicConditions mais j'ai peur qu'il n'y ai pas de solution pour garder les 2 plugins ensemble.

Je n'ai pas trouvé la solution pour le conflit mais j'ai contourné le problème en utilisant le plugin WPcode. En injectant du Javascript dans mon code je peux me passer du plugin condition dynamic.
