Good afternoon

I have problems with my web hidden link which presents problems of functionality of two plugins that are: elementor and toolsed view which at the time of being both active

It generates error in the visual constructor of elementor and does not allow to be displayed by message of problem of crash of plugins, where well realize a copy of the web and migrate it in another server and functional without problems in :

hidden link

This with the same functionality of activation of the plugin elementor and Toolset view and without problems allows editing in the visual editor of elementor.

I would appreciate your support because as far as I see the problem beyond the functionality and compatibility of plugins and thema, is the configuration of the server where the web is hosted, that although it is validated is configured version and libraries as well to discard

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

From your message, I understand that on your website, you see errors while editing the content using the Elementor builder. But if that same website's clone is used on another server, it functions correctly.

If my understanding is correct, it is most likely related to server configuration or environment. I'll recommend to turn on WordPress debugging (on the actual website where the issue can be seen) and share any errors or warnings that you see on the screen or in the error log:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.

regards,
Waqar
