Hi, I have an issue with my divi's mega menu and toolset

I'm building a directory on my website with toolset and since 4 days my menu has stopped working
I did some research and I noticed that there was a conflict with toolset
I deactivated all the extensions of toolset (blocks, access ect..) and the menu works normally
I would like to know how I can solve the problem and make them work together
It's a custom menu made with divi blocks, css and javascript

Thanks

Hello,

I can login your website, and have tried these:
1) Activate all Toolset plugins,
2) Test it in frontend, I see the same result without Toolset plugins activated, see my screenshot menu.JPG

Is there any missing steps? please provide detail steps to reproduce the same problem: my menu has stopped working

And since it is a compatibility problem, if you need more assistance for it, please provide a copy of your website in below private message box, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the duplicator package.

Luo is on vacation this week, so I'll be following up on this ticket.

I've downloaded the duplicator package and will be performing some tests to investigate this conflict. I'll share my findings as soon as this testing completes.

Thank you for your patience.

regards,
Waqar

Just wanted to let you know that I'm still working on this and will share the findings within the next few hours.

Thank you for waiting.

During troubleshooting, I noticed that it is not a compatibility issue between Toolset plugins and Divi's mega menu, but it is related to the loading of the Bootstrap library.

After activating the Toolset plugins, you can go to WP Admin -> Toolset -> Settings -> General and select "This site is not using Bootstrap CSS" for the option "Bootstrap loading".

After that, the mega menu would still work with the Toolset plugins active.
