Hi, I have a site where I use a conditional statement to show a text when a WooCommerce coupon has been applied.

[wpv-conditional if="( '[woo-coupon-value]' ne '' )"][woo-coupon-value] discount applied[/wpv-conditional]

It works perfectly on desktop computers, even when I switch the browser to test the responsive mode but, when I check this on an iPhone, the text doesn't appear.

Any idea why?
Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Can you please share temporary admin login details along with the specific steps for how and where this conditional text can be seen?

I'll be in a better position to test and investigate this accordingly.

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar
