Color not displaying on homepage

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,

I added background color to my post but the color i added is not displaying on my website.

This image i sent you is the background color i added to post from the wordpress backend using your plugin. and the color not displaying on my website. The color is not displaying on my website which i don't know the reason?

note: the image with the yellow color background is your plugin backend. the one without the background color is what is displaying on my website. Why is the color i added through your plugin not displaying on mt website? Please help resolve this

Hi there

It is hard to say what the problem is from your screenshots. It looks like the back-end photo is while editing a Toolset content template, while the front-end photo is off the home page (which I wouldn't expect to be using a Toolset template), so they may not be showing the same thing.

Could we get access to your site to take a look to see if we can spot the problem?

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

If that back-end screenshot is of a template, which template is it?

I tried to see the back end of the homepage to see how this background is set, but the loading never completes, as mentioned in the other ticket.

kindly check the issue is resolved. you can login now. please help me work on the color, grid and non admin not able to view the homepage and other menus.

The background color styles not being applied is the same issue that we're discussing in the other ticket.
