Although that specifically refers to Amazon S3 CDN, I suspect other CDNs will encounter similar problems, but the only way to know for sure with Cloudflare is to try it and see.
Since you haven't specified any particular service from Cloudflare, I'll assume that you're planning to host your website through it, as a whole.
( i.e. the actual website will continue to be hosted at Bluehost, but its copies will be served through Cloudflare, to improve speed and reliability )
We're not aware of any incompatibility issues arising from this setup and I've seen a number of websites from Toolset users, which are successfully using this. In the scope of Toolset plugins, you don't need to apply any special settings or precautions. If you face any difficulty in using Toolset plugins after enabling Cloudflare, you're welcome to let us know and we'll investigate it accordingly.
In the broader scope of using Cloudflare with a WordPress website, you can consult Cloudflare's official support and documentation: hidden link hidden link
I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.
