Hello,

I have tried it in a fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins, it works fine.

See below test site, login URL:
hidden link

Here are the detail steps:
1) Create a page "My account page"
hidden link

2) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Access control-> Post Types, enable option "Managed by Access" of post type "Page"
hidden link

3) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Access control-> Posts Groups
hidden link
Add a new group, I can select the page of step 1)

You might missed the step 2)

Thanks for the quicj !
You solved the problem.
I used this training site : https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-custom-login-forms/

And there the step 2 is missing when there is spoken about the "My account" page. Perhaps this should be added.
