Category filter in archive page

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

For the above page, I want to hide the previous filter data by clicking another category and only show the loader before getting the result. And also on page refresh or page load, there are some dots(...) in place of the required response before reflecting the results on the screen. Why these issues are coming? Can you help me to find out and resolve them?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Looks like the page includes some custom script, that automatically applies the view's filtering, as soon as the page loads.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, so that I can see how this view is set up in the admin area?

I'll be in a better position to suggest some recommendations, accordingly.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.
