I just noticed that there are a couple of custom post types that seem to be stuck in the Text WYSIWYG Classic Editor. It's not happening on all my custom post types but only two that I can tell.
Not sure what's going on but someone from your team can help me out!
Hello,
It seems to be a compatibility issue, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) Check if there is any JS/PHP error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/
3) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020, and test again
Hi there,
I'm currently using the latest version of the Toolset plugin.
I tried to enable the PHP debugging but not sure I did it correctly because the file appears empty. When I view the Javascript Console, I do see some errors that only appear when I try to edit the specific custom post types that I'm having an issue with. I've uploaded an image that shows the Javascript Console for a custom post type where I'm having an issue toggling between the text/visual editor (left) vs a custom post type where I'm not having issues toggling between the text/visual editor (right).
I've tried to deactivate all the other plugins however the issue happens in a couple of custom post types that I created using the Toolset plugin. So this doesn't really help me.
Are there any other suggestions you have for me regarding this issue?
Hi there,
I'm just following up to see if someone is able to help me.
There are lots of JS errors in your screenshot:

Have you tried to switch to WP default theme 2020 as I mentioned above?

If you need more assistance to locate the problem, please provide a copy of your website in below private message box.
You can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
