Sorry, which bit are you getting stuck on?

Start with "disable all plugins except the framework installer" and keep going through the steps listed.

If one of the steps fails (but it won't, I did it on your site) let me know where and I will take screenshots from that point onwards to show you.

Ok what I did:

1. I went to plugin: disabled all plugins
2. I went wp types - setup - reseted page
3. I went to plugins again and installed
---woo commmerce
--- types
--- views
--- woo commerce views
--- framework installer

An offer with reference sites appeared and NO ACTIVE BUTTONS for installation....

Hi Ian

I think you marked this as resolved without meaning to.

I went back into your site and followed the onscreen instructions.

Here's what I did:

1. Deactivate all plugins
2. Re-activate Framework Installer
3. Click the message that appears with a link to reset the WordPress database
4. Reset the database
5. Re-activate Framework Installer
6. Click 'Start' to "Complete Framework Installer setup"
7. Select WooCommerce from the complete list of available reference sites
8. The Install button is ready to click to initiate install...

That is where I have left your site right now (see screenshot), ready to go.

If it fails again because of server problems you will need to repeat the above steps after upgrading your server settings.

Hi Ian

I'm glad you got it working at last.

If you are experiencing slow load times you can compare the site on your server with the same site on one of ours: hidden link

When I visited that link it took a few seconds for the page to load, but certainly nothing like 17.

If it is taking that long then it looks like you need to upgrade server. See this page about the minimum requirements for using Toolset, bearing in mind that making more memory available than the minimum will improve performance: https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/
