So I've imported the "Speakers and Events" template to test it out and I'm currently editing the backend post types. The frontend templates will be redesigned completely. Since we don't need the additional "Talks" post type, we want to get rid of it.

I can't seem to find a way to delete that post type though, maybe because it seems to be a "sub post type" or something like that.
Do you have an idea how to delete the template?

Thank you and best regards,

Levi

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I do not know the site history so it's hard to comment anything without checking your setup.

Is Talk post type created by you or its created by other plugin? do you have any post relationship with that? do you have any content with that? If no:

We can interact with database and try to delete it thats the last option.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hello there,

see this post for the page history: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/reference-site-install-conditions-not-met-multisite-astra-theme/
I have imported the data of the demo installation "Speakers & Events" from hidden link.
If there is no other solution, can you tell me where it is located in the database?

Thank you in advance and best regards,

Levi

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Based on the reference ticket you shared - it seems you have multisite install and Toolset Types plugin must be network activated. If yes: what if you disable Toolset Types plugin that is network activated and then go to your specific site and from there navigate to plugins page and activate the Toolset Types plugin and then check if you able to see the option to delete the post type.

If that is not the case then I will require admin access details to check this issue further.

Hello there,

I did that beforehand, but still didn't find the button to delete it in the Post types section.
Luckily I managed to find the delete button in the Relationships section of toolset, since the post type was conditional to a relationship. I was able to delete it through there.

Thank you for you help!

Best regards

Levi
