Hi, I'm tring to use the Checkout process options on a CRED form with a form specifying a certain product.
The select a custom field option however won't show any fields, and the little ? tooltip next to it doesn't show any info. I tried looking in docs but can't see a section or info about linking this up.
I'm looking at this support article which is the most relevant I can find, but it only mentions using the option for "always this product, regardless of form inputs"
Thanks,
Austin
Dear Austin,
Please follow our document to setup a custom field( A select or radio input), each option's value corresponds with a product post ID, and put this custom field into your post form content, see our document:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/using-cred-commerce-to-add-payments-to-forms/#2-1-product-to-buy
Section "2.1 Product to buy"
Thanks for the link - not sure what I am missing here as I've created a new select field, but the dropdown for 'Select a custom field here is blank' and doesn't show me any options. See video below:

Two other follow on questions...
1) Can I link to a variable subscription?
2) I've setup a taxonomy for Membership type here, which is a useful taxonomy I also want to show in the back end. I was thinking I could use that to choose what product is added to cart but doesn't seem like this is possible?
For the original question of this thread:
In your video, it is a generic field. But according to our document, it needs a custom post field, a please follow our document to setup a custom select field:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/using-custom-fields/
And test again.
If you need assistance for it, please provide a test a test site with the same problem, also point out the form URL, I can setup a demo for you.
