I'm trying to add the license to WordPress but the wheel just keeps spinning. it's been connected for a couple of years now so I'm not sure why it got disconnected. But I can't reconnect to update the plugins via dashboard.
Hi,
The Toolset Installer feature is embedded in Toolset Types plugin, but you are using old version of Types plugin, it might conducts unexpected result, please try these:
1) Upgrade Toolset Types plugin to the latest version manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) Follow our document to setup the Toolset site key and test again:

HI,
I've updated Types, manually. I deleted the old site key from toolset account. Create new key and pasted into the registration page. But I get this error:
Invalid site key for the current site.
Please note that the site key is case sensitive
I tried adding the constant but it change anything.
I have reopened this ticket again.
And the problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
