[Closed] Cannot update plugins

This support ticket is created 2 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, getting "Download failed (forbidden)" when trying to update the plugins.

All "standard" workarounds didn't work, so I will have to update manually.

Your update code is oft failing and, as we rely on automatic updates, we have sites where everything is actualized but not Toolset, causing small issues.

Just thought you should know that

Thank you for reporting this.

I've performed some tests on my website with the Toolset's automatic installer, but couldn't reproduce this.

Can you please check if any errors or warnings are logged on the Toolset installer log page?
