I am trying to: respond to a support ticket from a support person. The issue/ticket is not closed.

I expected to see: a field where I can reply to Minesh, the support person I am working with
Instead, I got: a page with no place to type my reply. Is this normal?
I do see the area to type the reply if I scroll all the way down on the Ticket
Could you share some screenshots of what you see instead?
Please also check if, after these steps, the issue you described does persist for you:
- log out of Toolset Account
- Clean your Browsers Cache (hidden link, hidden link)
- log in again to Toolset Account and try again

Well, I am very embarrassed. I thought the blue and red buttons were part of a survey -- yes the support worked, or no it didn't help. =8-(
