since one of the last Toolset updates the registration of a site in a subfolder seems to be broken.
Before it was correctly registered, but now I get an error.
Wordpress is installed in the folder
hidden link
but the site link is
hidden link
When I use the automatic registration, Toolset use the site link (without subfolder) to create the code, but it doesn't work:
hidden link
If I insert manually the site with the subfolder, the registration code works, but I cannot update any plugin and I get a"Your subscription appears to no longer be valid." error
You are using old version of Toolset Types plugin 3.2.4.
The Toolset Installer feature is embedded in Types plugin, there might be some unexpected issues in old version, please try to upgrade Toolset Types plugin manually, for example:
Delete Toolset Types plugin plugin, then install the latest version of Types plugin, you can download it here: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
1) this is not the normal behaviour, as Toolset has worked with the automatic generated codes for years.
2) even if I use your workaround you cannot update/install anything else afterward. See screencast
hidden link
Something has gone wrong with the last updates.
Also in WPML, same problem with the registration.
This bug seems to happen only with different domain/languages in a subfolder.
I have checked again in your website, all Toolset plugins are updated, see screenshot toolset-plugins.JPG, is this problem resolved? Please let me know if you need more assistance for it.
Sorry for the misunderstandings, I can see the problem in your website.
It is abnormal, I have tried these in your website:
1) Unregister Toolset site key, create a new site key in my own Toolset account using URL hidden link, test it in your website, same problem
But it does not work in your website, it does not output file error.txt in your website.
Please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all Custom code snippets, and test again
2) Check if there is any PHP errors in your website, you might ask help from your server provider to get the PHP debug logs.
3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/
I have tried your database dump file in a fresh wordpress installation(Deactivate all other plugins + switch to theme 2019), it works fine, I can install the Toolset Layouts plugin within "Commercial" tab without problem, see screenshot: installer.JPG
So it should be a compatibility/server problem of your website.
Then I have tried your website credentials again, it is not valid, I see below error when login into dashboard:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
Thanks for the details, I can login into your website.
I have tried it in your website again, it seems to be work fine now, I can install the Toolset Forms plugin without any problem, here is the detail steps:
Dashboard-> Plugins-> Add new-> Commercial
Enable "Toolset Forms", click "Download" button, it works fine, see screenshot install-form.JPG
Please test again, check if it is fixed or not. thanks
Hi, sadly it still doesn't work.
You were able to download just because I had uploaded the plugins manually.
Now that there is a new View version (2.8), try to update and you'll see the same error.
