I am trying to: enter activation key under classes.scaledagiletraining.academy

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: (it is admin function)

I expected to see: Key Successfully accepted

Instead, I got: Upon clicking OK after entering the key, the page simply refreshes to show an empty form. Clicking on Register does nothing. Tried it multiple times.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:

1) Make sure you are following our document to setup the Toolset site key:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/

In your case, you can create the site key with URL: hidden link

2) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

1. The Register site button from WordPress, does not work
2. I had already created keys for both scenarios - with and without the subdomain classes
3. I tried both keys but it still just kept refreshing and showing the same message on plugins page (Register plugin)

Did you get any PHP/JS debug logs from your website? please share them here.

Debug is not on. I can create a temporary admin user account for you to login and check. Will that work?

#1234315

I don't think the admin user account will work, since I can not get the debug logs even with admin account, the PHP debug logs is required for this kind of issue.

You can duplicate your website to another test webserver and get the debug logs.
