I am trying to:
Update plugins.
(1) The WP based updated fails with the message "Download failed. (Forbidden)". EDIT: Like the below this is intermittent and eventually succeeds after retrying many times.
(2) Trying to install the plugin manually from https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ intermittently fails (see below). Retrying enough I eventually get the download so I am set but you do appear to have an issue. Since you're using Cloudfront my access point is Boston, MA, USA.
Thanks for your report. This is a known issue that is already being addressed with our systems team.
I have escalated this ticket to our 2nd tier of support where our 2nd tier specialists will take a deeper look at this issue and will try to find a solution.
I will get back to you as soon as I get an answer from them.
