[Resolved] Can not see setting window

This support ticket is created 5 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi,

I just upgraded to Toolset Interactive and installed cred, but when adding field, setting window frame is not woking as attached image, only can see half of frame.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, it seems there are some CSS conflict issues in your website.

Please try these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again

3) Clear your browser cache, and test again

4) Check if there is any JS errors in your website:

Hi,

The screenshot you mentioned above is a feature of Views plugin:
Adding the custom search form to a page or widget, it will produce another shortcode, like this:
[wpv-form-view name="YOUR-VIEW-SLUG" target_id="123"]
