I am trying to:

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Can you please check that no custom code is included in the website that can interfere with the date picker's default functionality?

It would also be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

In case the issue still persists, I'll need to see how this form is set up in the admin area. You're welcome to share temporary admin login details, along with the link to the page where this form can be seen.
