[Resolved] bullet points in content template

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi, so I had this set up for me the right way once, and then site crashed and I had to install older version. I need the View and the Single Service Template to output bullet points for the types of services offered. Please see screenshot. Can you give me the steps in really basic terms. thanks.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, I suggest you try these:
1) follow our document to setup the view's layout manually again:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/view-layouts-101/

Choose option "Unodered list"

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017, and test again.

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
