Tell us what you are trying to do?
I installed everything except woocommerce views and activated on download.

Unfortunately Toolset Blocks and Toolset Views failed to show in the Toolset menu.

The screenshots attached show -
List of Toolset Plugins on Menu Hover
Views Doesn't Show Active
When You Click Activate on Views, "Plugin Activated" shows, but the plugin remains deactivated
Blocks Shows Active, but it's not on on the menu

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Not that I'm aware of.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
Not that I'm aware of.

What is the link to your site?

Hello,

I assume you are going to use both Blocks and Views in your website, you just need to install/activate Toolset Blocks plugin, you don't need to install Toolset Views plugin, see our blog post:
https://toolset.com/2019/11/toolset-views-becoming-toolset-blocks/
“Toolset Views” Becoming “Toolset Blocks”

Please try this:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Settings-> General:
in section "Editing experience", enable option "Show both the legacy and Blocks interface and let me choose which to use for each item I build".

Then you should be able to see Views item in the admin menu.
