Hi, the URL related to the account is the dev server version of the site. Live site is at hidden link. I have to turn off Views or the home page shows an error which is bad for a live site.
I have update debug info generated by Toolset when I enabled Views. I don't have an option in this post to update the debug info.
Ok - Could you please share admin access details for your development site.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
hi, because this is a live site with frequent traffic, we can't have it down for too long, I had to recover the site from a backup copy which seems to be in good shape. I realize that there's a time shift of several hours between my location in California and where you are in Asia. This adds significant time delay on back and forth communication.
Hello Minesh, since the site is running ok from a backup copy, I'm ok with this solution for my client. However, if you're open to resolve the issue with the goal to hunt down a potential bad bug and improve the plugin, I'll willing to work with you. I can provide the DB and site files of the bad version of the site for you to troubleshoot on your end. Let me know what you think of the idea.
Glad to know that you have backed and restore it and it works as of now.
As it seems a server issue, even you send me the files that would not help as we need to check for 502 error and thats related to server.
If you have issue in future you can create a new ticket and you are welcome to mention that you need support in US timezone and ticket should be assigned to supporter who should be working in US timezone.
