I need to know how to make the container with a background image used for a dynamic link to only appear when there is a link entered into a custom field.
I'm attaching the image of what I'm trying to accomplish. I need this template to cover all single view posts for this CPT. Please help me achieve this layout.

If I understood well your request, I would suggest that you put this container block inside a conditional block. In the conditional block condition, check if the custom field holds a value or not. Check this article https://toolset.com/course-lesson/using-toolset-conditional-block/
If you want this content template to be used for all CPT's posts, just assign it to the CPT in the "Usage: Single Pages" section. Check this screenshot hidden link

I'm not able to get either the container block or the image blocks inside of a conditional block.
Let me be more specific. First, I have a container block that holds 70/30 columns. In the 30 column, I have two columns that each hold a container block that use an image as a bg for the buttons that have the CPT URL's. I'm not able to get those containers to be able to add the conditional block around the image.

I created a test site and built a container block, that uses a dynamic image as a background image, and that uses a custom field to set a link on that container block. This only displays when the post has a URL in that custom field. Check the results here:

The condition is set on an empty value, by making the condition evaluate to false. Check this screenshot hidden link

NM, I was able to figure it out. I think the problem was I was trying to use Kadence block as a row rather than just using the Toolset container and then adding columns inside it. But, between you and the FB group, I was able to get the information I needed. I most likely will need more help though as I progress through this website build using Toolset.
