Backend View Loading Error

This support ticket is created 4 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Edit the views in the backend on a page.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: The editing windows and normal functions on the page.

Instead, I got: I get an infinite loading screen and an error in the console i'm not sure how to debug.

There are some JS errors in your screenshot

The first one comes from another plugin "wpmu-dev-seo".

I suggest you try these in your website:
1) Backup your website first
2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020, and test again
3) If the problem is fixed, activate other plugins one by one, try to locate the problem plugin/theme
