Hey guys,

Trying to figure out how to set automatic post expiry for custom posts and I found the old support forum topic about using cred which theoretically adds post expiry settings in the post sidebar on the backend. I think I have setup the cred settings properly, but there is no metabox for post expiry settings in Gutenberg.

Does this still work or is there something I am missing here??

Does the old utorial and info still apply?

Cheers,
Phil.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Normally, the post expiration settings are set while you are editing the Toolset form and master settings are available at Toolset => Settings => Forms tab.

However - regarding the post-expiration meta box, it should be visible while you edit the post if pos-expiration settings are set for that post type using the Toolset form.

If you can share what form you are using as well as the post where you do not see the post-expiration metabox that would help me to investigate the issue further.

For that, I will require access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
