Author Can't View Content Templates

This support ticket is created 5 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have one author set up on my site. He can't view the content templates I created in the admin. He doesn't see the menu at all. However I created a second author account and I can see the content template menu.

Any ideas what might be going on? I am using Access to manage "Authors" but don't see any place to manage content templates.
